unintended attachments

Sometimes recipients of my emails tell me that my
messages came with attachments that they cannot
open.....when in fact i sent no attachments. Can anybody
tell me how to fix this?

Please try to be more specific with your questions - the crystal ball is
having a well-deserved vacation. Outlook version is always appreciated as
well as the exact error message or the name of the attachment.

Are the attachments winmail.dat? If yes, you need to change your message
type from Outlook Rich Text to Plain Text (preferable) or HTML (less
preferable but still works.)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
