trying to install madden nfl 2002 and it says that the
uninstallshield is in use and to turn uninstallshield off
and restart the computer and try again PLEASE REPLY

Hi Andrew,

Here's why:

InstallShield is trying to delete UNINST.EXE from the Windows directory so
that it can install a newer version. If you don't have the rights to do this, it will
presume that unInstallShield is already running, and give you that error message.
