Uninstalling XP

I have Windows XP on Both my C drive and my D drive. Is it possible to
uninstall it just from the C drive, so that when I start my computer, I don't
have to chose which one to open?

The bad news is that the C drive most likely holds your Boot Sector and if
you format XP off the drive you will have lost the ability to boot.
You could edit your Boot.ini file and remove the line that points to the D:/
XP installation. Then Manually delete the OS from the D drive. This does save
you having to reinstall everything on the D drive but remnants of XP will be
left. The only way to remove all of XP from the D drive is a format...but
then you would need to reinstall all of the programs that are on that drive
as well as backup all of your saved work/personal files beforehand.
