Uninstalling Word 2002

How do you ininstall Word 2002 without going through Add/Remov
Programs? When I try to uninstall via Add/Remove Progams, I get th
message "This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patc
exists and you can access it, or contact the application vendor t
verify that this is a valid Windows Installer Patch package."

For what it is worth, I'm running XP Professional and the version o
Word 2002 that I'm trying to uninstall came with Works Suite 2002.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!

Reinstall the program from the original disc then uninstall it.
