uninstalling windows updates

I need to remove a windowsxp update, specifically,
KB835732 however these is no "remove" option in Add or
Remove programs. Is there a way to remove updates other
than through Add or Remove programs?

Open System Restore and select a Restore Point that
was created before the update was installed.

Additionally, look in C:\Windows for a folder called:

$NtUninstallKB835732$

In this folder locate the spuninst folder and open it. Double click the SPUNINST.EXE file.
