Uninstalling Windows Netmeeting

I am trying to get rid of Netmeeting. Admitedly I am not very computer savy.
It is not listed in Add/Remove programs (which it says so it self under
help). I can't erase the files because they magically reappear or say that
it is being used even though it is not running. Please Help! I am running
Windows XP

There is nothing to help you with.
Simply do not use NetMeeting if
that is your desire.
