It depends. What do wish to do with your hard disk afterwards?
 
The normal way to "uninstall" any operating system is to format
the hard drive and install a new OS of your choice.

Go to the website of your hard disk manufacturer.
Download their "Disk Tools" or whatever they call it.
Use those tools to low-level format your hard disk.
