uninstalling program removes original icons

Hello

i recently downloaded and ran HDDlife pro. apparently this program checks
the life of Hardrives. problem is when i uninstalled it (as its only a trial
version) my 3 hard drive icons disappeared and left an image like a file.
(sorry about the discription)
is there a way to get the original hardrive icons back ?
any help will be greatly appreciated.

Check for if there is an AUTORUN.INF file present in the root folder
of the drives/partitions. If so, delete this file.
