Uninstalling one of two Windows XP

I upgraded ME to XP but it had some residual problems. So I then did a fresh
install of XP, not an upgrade. Works great.

When I turn on, I get a choice of two XP systems.

How do I get rid of the one with problems and keep the smooth running one?
