Uninstalling KB831240 HighMAT

I installed a patch when I didn't have the HighMAT
software, and now everything which displays folders
crashes e.g. Outlook, MS Services tool

How do I repair or uninstall this patch?
 
Not all updates can be removed, I don't know about this
one. Did you see if it is listed in add/remove???
