Uninstalling Client Services for NetWare

I am trying to reset my welcome screen and fast user switch, but when I try
and do that it say that Client Services for Netware has disabled that option
and I must uninstall it first. I cannot find Client Services for NetWare
anywhere in any of my internet or LAN connections. Is there somewhere else I
can find this?
 
There is no Client Services for NetWare or Novell anywhere on my Properties
option. I am looking for an alternate option to get this Service removed.

Install it, reboot, uninstall it and reboot again.
