Uninstalling a security update

MS06-025: Vulnerability in Routing and Remote Access could allow remote code
execution (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911280/en-us) says that the June
13, 2006, issue of security update 911280 has a bug that has been fixed in
the June 27th release of the update. It recommends uninstalling the old
update, then installing the new one.

I can find no information on how to uninstall this security update. Can
anyone help?

Thanks.

For any update that can be removed, Control Panel\Add or Remove. Make
sure that "show updates" is checked. Locate the update and click on Remove.

I can't thank you enough! I've exchanged over a dozen e-mail messages with
Microsoft support and I've spoken to two agents on the phone. No one could
tell me anything about when a correction to the update was to be made
available (in fact it was already available during the period I was asking
for help!). And when I asked them about how to uninstall the offending
security update NOBODY said to check the box "Show updates."
