Uninstallimg one OS on a duel boot system

I recently tried to install 98 and XP on the same system, 98 is fine but I
can't find working drivers for a diamond v-550 video card and monster 3DII
graphics accelerator card. I would like to uninstall or wipe out the XP
installation. Is there a particular way to do this so I won't be prompted
as to which OS to boot once I get rid of XP. Thank You, Dave

Hi Dave,

After removing WinXP, boot a Win98 startup floppy, from the A prompt run
"SYS C:" (without the quotes).

Greetings --

Normally, assuming Win9x is installed to the C: drive, you'd just
have to boot from your Win98/Me startup diskette, type "SYS C:." Then
delete C:\NTLDR, C:\NTDETECT.COM, C:\BOOT.INI, C:\BOOTSEC.DOS, and
C:\PAGEFILE.SYS. Delete or reformat the WinXP directory/partition, as
applicable. Remove the startup diskette and reboot.
