Uninstalled Service Pack 2

I uninstalled SP2 due to conflicts with various software. After install I
received a TCP/IP error message and was not able to connect to RoadRunner.
The RR tech ran thru any problems with my ISP connection-there was no
problem with RR. Could anyone advise me what may have gone wrong. I did a
system restore and I am now able to once again to use the internet. Thanks
 
Try the WinsockFix.exe solution
