Uninstalled File and Printer Sharing Service - Windows XP Home Edi

I have uninstalled the 'File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks'
service from the properties of my LAN connection and cannot seem to get it
back.

Is there any way of getting this back?

The Solution did help.

However, when I try to open a shared folder on my computer
from another computer, the accessing computer displays an error
saying that I do not have permissions to access the folder.

How do I overcome this on XP Home Edition?

You may want to create the same username and password on both computers. Or this troubleshooting may help too.
