Uninstall XP as second op system

I'm running Windows 2000 Pro. and XP on my Dell Optiplex.
Win 2000 is on my primary hard drive while XP is on my
secondary. I do not have any means of saving my second
hard drive data anywhere else and want to remove XP. Can
anyone help me get XP off my machine?

Just delete a correspondent section from c:\Boot.ini file and format
partitions on secondary drive.
