uninstall windows component centrally

Is it possible to uninstall the windows components(such as games) from all computers in the domain
I want to do this centrally. I want to uninstall the games(installing with XP) from computers. We have nearly 500 pcs in our domain and I don't want to uninstall it manually
 
Perhaps through Group Policy Object, Software Installation snap-in?

You are more likely to find knowledgeable network admins on an AD newsgroup
or a Server newsgroup than you are on a workstation newsgroup.
