Uninstall Windows 2000 Server

Hi,

I need to uninstall and reinstall Windows 2000 Server. Could anyone direct
me to some useful resources?

If by uninstall you mean demote it from a dc to server you can just do
start/run and dcpromo. If you mean re-install the OS, then you should be
able to boot from CD and choose new install, during which you can install
into the same partition over the top of the existing OS or into a different
partition.
