I have Win98SE on C drive and WinXPHome on D. Because of a fatal incident
(crash) I want to uninstall XP and re-install on the same drive. I know I
could edit the boot ini to delete XP but would that leave me in the right
environment to re-install XP? Would I have access to a CD drive? Any advice
would be greatly appreciated
Thenk you

You can do this:
1. Launch Win98
2. Delete the folder d:\Windows. (This will only work if D: is a FAT32
partition).
3. Boot the machine with your WinXP CD.
4. Re-install WinXP on drive D:.
5. Re-install all WinXP applications.
