uninstall problem

While trying to uninstall a Rogers/Yahoo browser, all components uninstall
except what's called the "base components". I have re-installed and tried
uninstalling again with the same results. Only advise I'm getting from Rogers
is that if I can't uninstall in "control panel/add-remove", then I should
call a PC tech. (thought I was talking to a PC tech at Rogers ... silly me)
Is there another way of getting this off my system?

Thanks Rich, but my browser didn't get hijacked. I installed the Rogers Yahoo
browser to check it out!! Decided I didn't want it and tried to uninstall but
with no luck .....
