Open the Control Panel. Select the Add/Remove Programs item. Locate the
Pocket PC SDK and select remove (the 2003 SDK is listed as Microsoft Pocket
PC 2003 SDK, if that helps find it). I suppose that, if you've had some
sort of registry problem and it's not there, you could simply delete the
directory where it was installed. It might be in \program files\windows ce
tools\wce300\...
