Uninstall installed program

I have installed a Toshiba Windows Stack program but it conflicts to other
program. Now I have to uninstall it. However, I cannot find any sign in
Add/Remove Program applet and there is no uninstallation from the program
group as well. You guidance to uninstall the program is highly appreciated.

It sounds like the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack so look for that in
Add/Remove Programs.
