Uninstall error on Nortons

Attempting to uninstall Nortons antivirus. Receive the
following error: "internal error 2755, 1601
c:\windows\installer\1foa8.msi"
The uninstall process goes a little more then halfway and
halts with that error. How can I correct it. Thanks

Symantec have a tool to clean up/help with the uninstallation of their
products. It is a free download and you can get it from their website.
The tool for NAV is called RNAV2003, but you should check the
instructions because there are different clean-up tools for NAV and
NIS.
