Is anyone familiar with this progra?

I have no experience with this program in particular, but I recommend
against all such programs. There are *no* magical panaceas that can
fix whatever is wrong with your system. Any program that purports to
do so will at least be ineffective, and perhaps even downright
dangerous.

Thanks so much for the response - it did sound too good to be true. I
am having trouble with Internet Explorer not responding after a little
while and was looking into something to help.
