Unhide toolbars... Access

Hi there...

I see this is well covered territory but I'm still having trouble.

I hid all my stuff in the Startup in my Access database and now I need
it back.
Holding down Shift when I open the database will pop up the Database
window when it starts but not my toolbars or normal menu bar. How do
I get my toolbars back?

Please help!

You could try:

Make a new database, open that database and import all items from you
current database (Tables, Queries, Forms, Reports, etc) with the exception of
the swictboard items. Try the new data base, hopefully it will have the tool
bars there but you will have to remake your switch board. I haven't tried
this lately but I did use it on one occasion to resolve the same issue but I
don't know how you have set your swichboard.
