Unhide multiple columns in Access table

If I want to hide a large number of columns, all I need to do is to
control+click all of the columns and then hide them all. Is there a way to
unhide them without needing to click in each of the boxes in the unhide
dialogue box?

Hi

It is never a good idea to use this feature in access. Don't use the table
for "anything" other then storing data. Use a query or form to work on the
data
