Is it impossible to unhide my Cookies folder??
I've tried several times using the cmd prompt (as administartor) to attempt
to change the attibute of the
folder but the folder remains hidden.

As the command says you have to turn System off to be able to turn Hidden
off.

Attrib -s -h C:\Users\"user nam>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies

No good.
I opened cmd as an adminstrator and ran the command
you siggested. I got no error message but the folder remains hidden
when I have 'Hide protected operating system files' checked.
