Unexpected error

I am trying to save a presentation as web page. It worked a while and I
started getting this error

Unexpected error occured: I/O error 6

This error continues for a while and then I get

error occured while creating file dialog. Save the presentation, exit and
then restart powerpoint.

I uninstalled office, repaired it, reinstalled it whatever one can think of
w.r.t installing.

I still get this error. any help appreciated.

All others work (access, excel, word...).

the error is not specific to a presentation. It does to any presentation.
