Unexpected Error

After using the Make MDE facility I am getting am Unexpected error 40230.
Help says its not serious but I cant find out what it is.

It also reappears when I then open the mde. If I click OK about 20 times I
can still use the database. Not really accepable though!

Does anyone have any ideas please.
