"unexpected error occurred" when I try to email group

When I try to send an email to multiple contacts, I get a message "an
unexpected error has occurred".
 
You posted no information. State precise steps to repo and include all
details such as versions, account type and recipient selection method.
Include whether you have ever been able to send to multiple contacts.
