I performed a "repair and restore" usnig Outlook 2003 Basic Edition.
I checked "Discard my customized settings and restore default settings" by
mistake
and lost all my saved E-mails personal folders and cantacts.
Is there any way I can recover all my old data?

HI Jim,
please search for your pst file on your computer. Also search in hidden
files and folders
If you have found your pst file.
Open Outlook > FILE > OPEN >DATAFILE and point to your pst file.

Open Outlook > FILE > OPEN >DATAFILE and point to your pst file.

And to finish the process, change the delivery location to be the old PST so
things are back exactly as they were.

Your contacts are in exactly the same place your email was. Your contacts
folder is in the same file your mail is. Are you saying your contacts
folder is empty?
