Undoing Privacy for the Default Admin. Account Folder ... how ?

My machine is a stand-alone running XP Home/SP2, single user ( no guest or
limited user accounts) with two Admin. Accounts, the default Administrator
Account and my own set-up.

While setting up the password for the default Admin. account I was asked do
I wish to make this account/folder private. I inadvertently clicked yes, (
before I was able to access some files in this folder through my own Admin
account) now I'm unable to access anything in this folder without booting
into safe mode.

Simple question: I know overall this a safer set-up from a security stand
point, but how do I undo this ( If I want) ? ... I've tried a few things (
deleting the password, re-setting the password, creating another admin.
account, then trying to disable this privacy function) and still no-joy .

Thanks and best regards, Fierce1

How to undo "Make this folder private" option

With XP Home, you will still have to boot into Safe Mode to access the
Administrator Account.

The Administrator account exists in Windows XP Home Edition, but it does not
usually appear on the Welcome logon screen. In Windows XP Home Edition
the Administrator account is not displayed in User Accounts unless the
computer is in Safe mode. You have to boot into Safe Mode to access the
Administrator account in User Accounts.
