Undo Security Wizard

How do I undo the security wizard?

Check Access Help topic "Remove user-level security".

I believe I am logged on as an Administrator however I can not access "User
and Group Permissions"(it is grayed out). I did print the One-StepSecurity
Wizard Report. Is there something on this report that I need?

Either you are logged in as a member of the Admins group or you are not. Go
to Tools>Security>User and Group Accounts. Select your name and see if you
are a member of the Admins group. You must be in order to change user/group
permissions.
