Is this a question about a Microsoft Access database? If so, you'll need to be
more specific: someone might have built an Access application with a "fixed
asset" tool but it's certainly not part of the Access program itself.
If you're using some other program (Money perhaps??) you'll need to repost
your question in a forum supporting that software.
