"Undisclosed recipients" and listing address book groups

I recently converted to Outlook 2000 from utilizing Outlook Express for
years. It somehow became corrupted and lost all my messages -- twice -- so I
finally bit the bullet and switched.

First, I would like to send BCC -- only I see people have it listed as
"undisclosed recipients" -- how do you do that?

Also, I have several groups set up in my Address Book. I forward e-mails to
those groups under the BCC option. However, in Outlook Express, I was able
to right-click on the message in the Outbox and then clicked on properties.
It allowed me to remove the person from whom the e-mail was originally sent.
I don't want to send them back the same e-mail they forwarded me! I can't
figure out how to do this in Outlook 2000.

Thanks to anyone who can PLEASE help me!

to send something bcc, in the message, go View / BCC Field, and it pops in
under the cc field

I don't think you can "expand" a distribution list in 2000 to remove users,
that feature came in outlook 2003, I think.
