Undisclosed recipient

You'd need to put the recipients' addresses in the BCC field to hide
them. Depending on your ISP, you can either leave the To field blank
(not recommended even if it works -- spam filters tend to filter out
messages with no name in the From field), or put your own e-mail address
there. Outlook will not put anything in the To field automatically if
you use BCC. (Those messages you see with "Undisclosed-Recipient:;" in
the From field are probably being sent from Outlook Express.)
