undisclosed receipients in outlook

How do I set-up a distribution list in Outlook where the receipients cannot
see the e-mail addresses of the other receipients?
 
Put the distribution list in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field when you're
sending the mail item. That will hide the recipients from each other
