undetected spyware naughtypops

I used a different site to see how well MS antispyware
does. when i goto spyware eliminator at
www.alurialitescanner.com, it detects 87 more spywares,
etc. One of them is Naughtypops. Naughypops is considered
a high risk. MS antispyware doesn't detect it so it can
be remove if there is such a procedure. When you goto
nautypops site they give you the option to remove the
spyware saying it is removed but it isn't.

What is the procedure to remove Naughtypops?
 
If Aluria's product detects this, does it not remove it? What does their
support say about your difficulty?
