Do what the message says. Periodically some freebie e-mail providers will
insert a security page with a CAPTCHA image. You have to enter the
characters shown in the image to prove you are a human using that account
instead of a spambot. You can't see that CAPTCHA image (or the intervening
login page) using your e-mail client. You'll have to use the webmail
interface to your e-mail account, login, get and answer the CAPTCHA page,
and get to the webmail page to validate you are authorized to continue using
that account. Then logout of the webmail client. THereafter the e-mail
client should work.
