Underlining

All the titles under my desk top icons have become underlined and all my word
document titles are underlined - how can I remove the underlining?

Folder Options> General: If using Single Click options, move radio button
from "underline icon titles consistent with my browser" over to "underline
icon titles only when I point at them."

Or change to Double click options.
