Underlining of links.

This is a problem affecting OE but not IE.

URLs are underlined in the messages I send but not in the email /
newsgroups I receive.
I know that this can be set in Control Centre --> Internet Options -->
Advanced --> Underline Links (and I've got 'Always' checked). But
whilst this controls the underlining of links in IE (both i/c and o/g)
and o/g messages in OE those I download in OE never have links
underlined.

This is a new phenomenon - I'm not aware of having changed anything.
TIA of any suggestions.

Sorted! Others in another ng have reported this, together with its
solution. It's caused by a change introduced by M$ in WinXP SP2 to
improve security. Everyone will be asking this question after 23rd
June!
