Under data/Group&outline/group

On a spreadsheet I am trying to use the command Group/Ungroup under data menu
but these commands are gray shaded. How can I reactivate these commands?

Hi,

here are some of the reasons those commands may not be available:
1. The sheet is portected
2. You are in Group mode - more than one sheet selected
3. You are in Edit mode - press Enter or Esc
4. Your workbook is in Share mode.

I'm sure there are others
