Undeliverable Messages

I'm getting 200-300 Underliverable messages a day in my inbox. These are from
e-mails that I haven't sent. Is it likely that I've got someone using my
account to send out spam or are these just incoming junk that I have to live
with?

Scanned your computer for viruses
Checked your firewall logs?

If they come up clean than it is junk.

I can't see anything in the log and my virus checker comes up clean. I guess
I'll have to live with it!

See if your ISP has a Junk Email filter. This will prevent Outlook having to
download the messages.
