Undeliverable message553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of al

I have to click send/receive twice. I get a message from the server: 553
sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1). I checked
"my server requires authentication" in the tools menu but this didn't seem to
help. Please help.

Then there's some other server setting your server requires that you haven't
specified. What does your ISP's support staff say?
 
Thanks, Brian. I contacted my ISP and they helps with the settings/passwords
and such.
