Undeliverable message

I am using Outlook 2002 under Win XP.

I always get this kind of error message when sending email, for example:

"
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Inquiry
Sent: 1/23/2006 10:08 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 1/23/2006 10:08 AM
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts
(#5.7.1) "

I have to go to Tools/ Email Account/Select View or Change existing email
account/Change/Test Account Settings. Afterwards I can send email for several
minutes without problem.

Why?

Configure your SMTP server to use authentication.
In your account settings press the More Settings...-> tab Outgoing Server

I have it authenticating all the time by choosing "Use same settings as my
incoming mail server" but the problem exists on day 1. All incoming mails are
ok except outgoing mails. Seems to me there is some kind of timeouts because
it works for a few minutes everytime after I tested the account.

Any other idea?
