I sent a message to a fax number in April this year by mistake, and the
message immediately bounced. Since then, I have received the Undeliverable
notification every few months.

It's nothing more than a minor inconvienience, but I'd like to get to the
root of the problem and get this out of the queue! I checked our Exchange
server queues and it's empty - where can I stop this being resent?
