Undeliverable mail

Courtney

All my outgoing mail is being returned by either
postmaster or the system administrator. I have no idea
why as I have not changed any of my settings. Does
anybody have any insight into this as I am not too
familiar with all of the settings.

Thanks,
Courtney

We're supposed to guess at what the NDR (non-deliverable report) e-mail
told you? Do you actually pay whomever is providing you with e-mail
service? What do they say? Also, "they" (since you never identified
them) would know what settings to use in your e-mail client. "They" may
even give you that information on their web site.

What is the exact error message you receive when your mail is returned? What version of Outlook are you using? Have you checked your mail server names against what your ISP has given you? Does your outgoing server require authentication? You can check with your ISP to find out the last question.
