Undelete POP mail

[Como Molo]

I made a mistake and deleted a message by accident. My Outlook is set up to
empty the Deleted Items folder on exit. I don't use an Exchange Server, but
plain POP3 mail coming in from the internet.

Is there any way to undelete messages after deleting them and emptying the
Deleted Items folder?
