undeletable wordpad attachment via email

I received a wordpad email with attachment. After the
download it was blank but shows a 28KB download. I cannot
delete it because of this 'program being used by another
user' message. I am the only user. I cannot close this
download once I open its file. It looks like it's running
in the background - not sure.

the first think i would suggest doing is running a virus
chk with the most up to date virus definations for the
program u use..... if it is a virus it may be detected and
deleted.....
