Uncntrollable scrolling

Looking for advice. Recently I started experiencing
uncontrollable scrolling whenever reading any e-mail
(inside aol), also same thing when any windows
application is open, (Word, Powerpoint etc) It's as if
someone else has control of my scrollbar (on right side
of screen, and is running it up and down as fast as they
can - thus making what's in the window unreadable. I've
reloaded MS office and AOL. Do I need to reload Windows?

Help!!

Hi there

I haven't got a solution but I do have exactly the same
problem when I upgraded from windows nt workstation to
windows xp. It is so annoying any help would be
gratefully accepted
